   Iowa-class. I’m guessing Korea?. All four served there and the GIF is too low-res to grab a hull number.

   It’s either NEW JERSEY, MISSOURI, or WISCONSIN. IOWA was built as a Fleet Flagship, and had no 40mm mount on Turret Two, as that would block the view from the flag bridge. That is as much as I can narrow it down, with the poor resolution.
