Man attacked over "Black Lives Matter"

(URR here.)  White lives seem to matter very little these days.  How do you know?  This incident in DC on Monday night is quite instructive.  All but buried in national media, not even a lead locally.  However, reverse the race of the perps and that of the victim, and this is a national story for WEEKS.  Bath House Barry would be lecturing us about race relations, his racially prejudiced Justice Department would be announcing investigations for "hate crimes", and the same despicable vermin who rioted in Baltimore and Ferguson would be filling the streets of DC where they would be free to threaten, assault, and shriek their racial hatred without consequence.   But instead, a group of black teenagers decide to assault a Marine Veteran and beat him unconscious.  The ABC affiliate has the story.  

"They asked me if I believe that black lives matter," Marquez said. "I felt threatened and thought they were trying to intimidate me, so I figured I'm just going to keep to my food, eat my food, and hopefully they'll leave me alone. And because I wasn't respond back to them, they were calling me a racist."

Ahh, but because the victim is white, and those teens would look like Obama's sons (and are Eric Holder's "people"), you have to dig to find the story this morning.  I mean, it isn't like the guy is Tawana Brawley, or anything, innat right, Reverend Al?  Here is thinking that, should suspects be identified, they will receive a slap on the wrist.  No "hate crime" charges, no jail time, no real consequence to beating up a white guy.  Had the Marine Veteran been armed, and defended himself, he would have been suddenly a racist monster, and all the perps would have been Trayvon.   But this is Washington DC, of course, so he couldn't be armed, because for a law abiding citizen to be able to defend himself from such lawless degenerates would be dangerous.  

You can also make a safe bet that nothing of substance will come out of Obama or any of his bigoted fellow-travelers about this assault, or dozens of others.  At most we will hear how gangs of black teens wandering the subways and streets of our nation's capital is society's fault.  Which is to say, the fault of rich, greedy white people for not surrendering more of their earnings to combat "poverty".  We will be told, you see, that those black teenagers harassed and assaulted that Veteran because WE are the racists.   

Funny how that works.

Update:  THIS is the Marine who was assaulted in the MacDonald', in the famous photo of he and LCpl Dane Shaffer pulling wounded First Sergeant Brad Kasal from "hell house" in Fallujah.  

Apparently the Bronze Star-winning Marine Sergeant has noticed the dichotomy in coverage, too.  

“I believe this was a hate crime and I was targeted because of my skin color,” Marquez told The DCNF. “Too many of these types of attacks have been happening against white people by members of the black community and the majority of the main stream media refuses to report on it.”

And not a peep from the White House, Justice, nobody.  Crickets.  Despicable, the whole lot of race-baiting charlatans, including the Chief Executive.
