    As a combat aviation advisor, I had to learn some of this stuff when I went through the training course. Not with different weapons systems, of course, just with an 8-10 man element, all with M4’s, but it still gave me a lot of appreciation for what infantrymen do, both in training and downrange.

    Probably an artifact of the animation, but you have to love that “shoot me” camouflage.

    On the contrary, that is exactly how poorly “Universal Camouflage Pattern” works in pretty much any environment but right up within about 100 meters of the Tigris or Euphrates, where the UCP works well amongst dusty Iraqi foliage.
