   Did not know that this plane could separately turn their back wings, (I know that is not the correct word, just can not remember it now.), to operate in different directions.
   He even did the cobra maneuver like one of the Russian jets can.

   Since I am skipping the Blue Angels performance I had planned on going to this weekend, I guess this will have to suffice. Sucks to be perpetually behind on the academics.

   Fully-loaded?? Maybe for air-to-air, but I’d like to see the same tricks when the Hornet is playing bomb truck and carrying a centreline drop tank.

   I am reminded that Lex used to demonstrate a great deal of affection for the original F/A-18, saying he could pretty much beat anyone in a turning fight. Looks like the Hornet’s big brother keeps that tradition alive.
