Anyone else feel some bitterness watching this video? The world doesn’t have much more freedom than when these antennas were in use but VOA is pretty much gone. I felt like I was watching the America that used to be crashing to the ground.

Why explosives? Wouldn’t just cutting some of the guy wires cause them to fall in the direction of the remaining wires? Especially if they were tensioned with springs or weights.
