   Esli, harsh assessments are the only way to grow. Sugar-coating things and giving everyone a participation ribbon never leads to growth and improvement.

   LT Rusty, while normally I would agree with you, I haven’t failed anything lately, and yet I feel like our vaunted blogger was talking about me. I am going to my safe space and I will get this blog shut down if there are any more hurtful allegations of failure! First it was wordpress, and now this one is next. We’ll see who is a failure…
