    Actually, I think it was mostly stripped, with just the floor slabs and the steel frame left in place. That’s fairly common for steel framed buildings being prepped for demo.

    Most of the ones I have seen, including all of the ones I have watched “in person” have sections of the steelwork exposed for destruction, but the bulk of the finished exterior is intact (less windows, some times).
