When we lived in Oregon we would take US 20 into the mountains from Albany where we lived. Our first trip was in the middle of July and at Tombstone meadow there was a snow field and an old oven door that had gotten there somehow and which we used as a sled. Good times.
Today marks 3 years since Lex left us. Bill Tuttle emailed me from the AFG to tell me. The email was waiting when I got home from work and I still feel the loss.
