    If that was on the menu, I would really hope some bully beat me up and stole my lunch money so I wouldn’t have to eat that crap. Hell I’d probably track down the bully and GIVE him (or her) my lunch money!

    In North Carolina in 2012, an Elementary school sent a kids lunch home, saying it wasn’t nutritious, and made her eat a school lunch in which she only ate 3 chicken nuggets.
    Her packed lunch was a Turkey and Cheese sandwich,Banana, Chips and Apple juice.

    They get no flack from the media for not sending their kids to DC public schools. In North West DC, the public schools are reasonably good because the parents contribute money and time to improve them, which helps keep the teachers motivated. The rest of DC system is a wreck. It’s not as bad as it was before Michelle Ree was superintendent. She was, of course, run out of town on a rail for firing incompetent principals and cleaning out some of the waste and mess.
