    YOU think it parody. The soldier thinks it is sarcasm and ridicule. However, two thirds of the Chiefs of Staff and 80% of the Sgts Major who look at it are thinking it is a good idea. And tomorrow they will be telling the supply clerk to find a 45-foot reflective belt at Self-Serve.
