    I’m reading a great book on the PPCLI in Kandahar right now, and one of the things that drives the Taliban nuts is the fact that the NATO forces don’t fight like the Soviets did. NATO mixes things up, they rarely attack the same way two times in a row, something the Soviets never learned during their time in Afghanistan.

    Which book? Send us a link. I finished “3 Para” by Patrick Bishop a couple months ago. Interesting look at the frustrations the British had during their tour there.
