    I think that if the government stepped in and said we will guarantee all banks for a short period of time, suspended the market to market rule, and called for a transparent accounting of the suspected loans. We would not need to bail anyone out.
    In addition to the above reassurances, prosecutions should follow. Ratings agencys that said this is AAA paper, buhbye! the list goes on.

    WTF is this nationalizing company stuff?!!! Strings on the loans, yes. Taking over a company Hell No!
